MINISO AUSTRALIA RETURN POLICY

Returns and exchanges may be done at any of our MINISO stores. If you are returning more than 5 items at a time, please return to the store where the items were originally purchased. Items sold at a faulty discount are sold as a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Change of mind returns will not be offered for items sold at clearance or on sale.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we reserve the right to offer an exchange or in-store credit within 14 days of original purchase. We will not entertain items brought back without a valid receipt. Please return all items with the original receipt and ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Item is in its original packaging and resalable condition;
  • Original tags and/or labels have not been removed;
  • Item is unworn or unused

IMPORTANT: Online purchases cannot be returned in store. Delivery costs will not be refunded. Please contact the online team for assistance: feedback@miniso-au.com.

Please note that following items are not returnable :

  • Clearance/Sale items
  • Cosmetics
  • Skin Care
  • Fragrances
  • Shavers
  • Hairbrushes
  • Food & beverages
  • Batteries
  • Pens
  • Beauty products (including masks)
  • Swimwear
  • Intimates & Underwear (including shape wear, sports bra)
  • Face masks
  • Hand sanitisers
  • Mystery boxes

For a faulty item, if it meets our faulty guidelines, we will offer a refund, exchange, or in-store credit within 28 calendar days of original purchase.

For faulty small electronics and electronic accessories, we require proof of purchase and reserve the right to offer an exchange or in-store credit within 1 year of original purchase.

We will not provide a refund, exchange, or repair if the item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use.
