Delivery Delays

Our courier partners are experiencing delivery delays. Your order may take longer than usual to be delivered. 

Quick Standard Delivery

Get your order delivered within 1-5 business days (usually 2-3 days!) with our quick and cost-effective Standard Delivery option.

Express Shipping

Get your order even faster using our Express Shipping option! Eligible products are shipped with Australia Post eParcel Express with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days.

Premium Delivery

Our chosen courier company will deliver your new item to your home, remove it from the box, then take away the packaging and your old appliance if required. If you would like your old appliance taken away, it will need to be disconnected and accessible for easy removal when your new product is delivered. Please note premium delivery is only available in selected areas.

Scheduled Delivery

We also offer a Premium Delivery upgrade in selected areas which includes taking away the packaging of your new product, as well as your old appliance.

Freight Protection (Optional Additional Cover)

We will provide extra protection, including express replacement cover, priority customer support and more, in case your delivery is damaged in transit.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the carrier’s name and your tracking number, if available. You will receive updates along the way.
