Sleep is essential for our health and we need at least 8 hours of sleep so our body will feel fresh and rejuvenated the next day. Having a restful sleep has a lot of benefits and one of which is that we wake up with a good mood. However, sleep has to take a backseat when we need to fulfil our job obligations or choose external pleasures over getting an adequate amount of sleep.

We celebrate World Sleep day on 19th March every year. The World Sleep Day may not have a fixed day as long it falls on Friday. So it's possible that it will fall on the 15th, 16th, 17th or 18th of March.
The World Sleep Day only proves that we should maintain good health by getting enough sleep. Sleep deprivation can cause a lot of health problems in both our physical and mental health so be sure to make sleep a priority.
